Costs by year, with grouped totals
August 8, 2026
This release is mostly about costs: what a client reads in the cost chapter, and how quickly you get it right in the editor.
Costs in the report
- A year plan instead of urgency labels: MJOP reports present costs per year as a Meerjarenplanning, so a client sees when money is needed rather than how urgent something is called.
- Grouped cost tables: rows are grouped per category with the subtotal in the group header, and the element is named under each item.
- Indicative prices: cost tables and cost chapters state that prices are indicative, both in the editor and in the PDF.
- One cost type fewer: "Levensduur" is gone. What used to be a lifecycle cost is now simply a replacement cost, in existing reports too.
During the inspection
- Project details stay in view: notes, cover page and property details sit in a permanent rail on the inspection page instead of a panel you have to open each time.
- Link a client afterwards: an inspection that already exists can be linked to a client, so you no longer have to start over to correct it.
In the editor
- Property chips stay put: materiaal, variant and bouwlaag now stick to a finding, also when the element occurs only once.
- Jump or add: search for an element that is already in your report and you choose between jumping to it or adding a new one, without typing the name out in full.
Reliability
- Elements keep the same identity in the app and on the web, so a finding always lands on the right one.
- Sturdier local storage in the app, plus general reliability improvements.
