Report editor

Reads like the report: findings now sit as cards on a calm canvas, with clear numbering, larger photos, and property chips per element.
View switcher: flip between the full document and a compact overview from the sidebar; marked sections fold away.
Instant captions: photo captions appear as you type, are editable right on the photo, and the sidebar follows where you are while scrolling.
Recognizable downloads: downloaded PDFs get a readable filename with the project name instead of a random code.

Grouped pickers: rooms are grouped into five families and elements sit under their parent group, so you find the right one faster.
Everything in the flow: inspection actions live in a bottom toolbar, and finishing your inspection is now part of the natural walk-through.
Project context at hand: open notes, cover page, and project details in an info sheet at any moment during the inspection.
Custom surfaces: add your own surface ("Extra vlak") wherever the preset surfaces fall short.

Honest inspection status: an element only counts as inspected once it carries real evidence; at completion you see per element whether something still needs attention.
