Dero knows your whole report and proposes changes you can take over

Dero in the web editor now works with your whole report, and the phone shows a finding right where you recorded it. The phone changes arrive with the next update of the app.

Dero knows the whole report

Ask Dero something and it has an overview of all findings in the report, with the element, the condition and whether a finding has a text and costs. You can ask across chapters, for example "Welke onderdelen hebben conditie 4 of slechter?". Dero opens a finding in full when it needs the details. Say "Schrijf het informeler" or "Korter graag" once, and Dero keeps that style for the rest of the conversation, on every element.

Suggestions you take over with one tap

When Dero suggests an observation, an advice text, a condition score or a cost, it appears as a row in the answer. Tap Overnemen to apply it or Negeren to drop it. With two or more open rows you also get Alles overnemen. A suggested text shows your current text struck through next to it, so you see what changes. A cost row takes the name, unit and price from your cost library. Overnemen works for any element in the report, also one you are not looking at.

A suggestion for one element only contains what belongs to that element, unless you ask Dero to compare or to carry something over.

Look up how you wrote it before

Ask "Hoe heb ik dit eerder geschreven?" and Dero shows how you wrote about the same element in your other reports, with the date of each report. Dero only shows your own texts, never those of a colleague.

Your finding appears where you recorded it

On the phone, the observation sheet that opened after a take is gone. Every vlak and element step in Review & opnemen now has two views, Foto's and Bevindingen, behind a switch above the recording button. After a take on the current step, the finding streams into Bevindingen and the screen switches to it by itself. In a vlak, Geen gebrek aanwezig is the first row while there are no gebreken, and a tap on a gebrek opens its own page.

• Cost lines accept dag as the unit, for work priced per day such as scaffolding or an aerial platform. The total stays quantity times price per unit. You choose it in the Eenheid column on the web and on the phone.
