Find elements by the name you use, and Dero at hand in your report

October 11, 2026

Four things in this update change how you work. The phone changes arrive with the latest version of the app.

Find an element by the name you use

In the web editor, open Element toevoegen and type what you would say on site, for example "houten ramen". Kadero finds Ramen and sets the material hout for you. A typo in a word of four letters or more still finds it. Everyday words such as "beglazing", "dakrand" or "hwa" lead to the right element, and names you used before come back under Eigen namen.

This works in a standard report and in a Vrije inspectie. When an element has a material, its heading in the report reads for example "Houten ramen".

Costs proposed from your cost library

On the phone, when you dictate a finding without saying an amount, Kadero shows up to three items under Uit kostenbibliotheek. Fill in the Aantal and tap Overnemen, or tap Verwijderen. You can change the price per unit before you accept; that change applies to this finding only. This works for elements in a project that uses a cost library.

Rooms in a nulmeting

In room-based reports such as a nulmeting, new indoor rooms get the walls Wand ingang, Wand links, Wand tegenover and Wand rechts. A gebrek has a Positie row (Links, Rechts, Tegenover, Midden, Boven, Onder), seen from the entrance of the room. The web editor now lets you add and edit vlakken and gebreken like on the phone, with Vlak toevoegen, Gebrek toevoegen and Geen gebrek. The reason you choose under Toegankelijkheid on the phone shows on the room in the web editor.

On the room page of the report, a short summary of the room comes first, followed by the photos with their captions. Rooms you process from now on get this summary. Under Nog een opname on a wall you add another voice note, and Kadero adds a gebrek or refines the previous one. You can order rooms from the top floor down under Rapportvolgorde in your settings, or from the sort menu when you finish an inspection.

Dero at the bottom of the Rapport tab

In the web editor, the Rapport tab now has the field "Vraag Dero iets over dit rapport" at the bottom. The answer appears above it, and Eerdere vragen shows your earlier questions for this report. Dero looks at the report photos of the element you are on, and answers sooner because it only looks things up when it needs to.

Also: the pen in the photo annotator draws thinner lines, and the Mijn inspecties / Hele team switch no longer shows when you have no colleagues in your organisation.
