Finish a report in three steps, and see your whole team's inspections

Four things in this update change how you work.
Afronden is three steps in one window
The Afronden button in the report editor now opens a window with three steps: Controle, Rapportgegevens and Afronden. Controle lists what is still open, and each item has an Oplossen link that takes you to the place to fix it. Anything under Ter info is there for you to know about and does not hold you back. Rapportgegevens holds the Rapporttitel, Inspectiedatum, Tijd and Opdrachtgever. The last step shows the figures of the report and its texts, each with a Bewerken link. On a report with costs you also find Kostenexport there, to Excel or CSV.
Admins see the whole team's inspections
If you are an admin, Home now has a switch between Mijn inspecties and Hele team. Hele team lists the inspections of everyone in your organisation, with an Inspecteur column that says whose each one is. You can open and edit a colleague's report. The colleague stays on the report as its inspector and sees which parts you changed. On Bevinding and Advies texts, Versiegeschiedenis shows who edited what and when, and Herstellen brings an earlier version back.
Give an element your own name
On a report built per element you can now name an entry yourself. On the phone, choose Eigen naam geven when you confirm the element. In the web editor, choose Naam wijzigen. The catalogue element stays visible next to your name, so you always see what it is. Tick Naam bewaren voor nieuwe rapporten and the name comes along to your next reports. You manage the saved names under Persoonlijke instellingen, in Eigen elementnamen.
Vrije inspectie starts with the name
In a Vrije inspectie on the phone, you now name what you photographed right after taking the photos, in a sheet that asks Hoe noem je dit onderdeel? Names you used earlier in the same report are listed under Eerder in dit rapport, one tap away. Photos you leave without a name are waiting in the web editor under Nog niet ingedeeld, and the first time you open that report on web it starts on Foto's.
Alongside these: drag an image from your computer onto the cover to set it as the cover photo, picking a condition score closes the NEN 2767 window in the same click, and search with ⌘K finds actions and pages even when you mistype a word.
