A report your client can read, and chapters you can edit where you read them
September 8, 2026
A lot has landed since the last update. These are the five that change something in your day.
Your client reads the report on their phone, and asks their questions there
The link you share now opens on a lander instead of straight into a document: your recipient chooses a guided tour, reads the report, or downloads the PDF. The whole report is laid out for a phone screen, so a client standing in the building can go through it on the spot. And they can ask questions about the report itself — the answers come from the inspection data in that report, not from somewhere else.
Edit Duurzaamheid and OPMERKINGEN right where you read them
The Duurzaamheid chapter used to be an info card pointing you at the Afronden step. It now holds the energielabel and both texts, editable in the chapter itself. The same for OPMERKINGEN on the NHG bijlage. Your changes save while you type.
Bijzondere risico's stays out of the way until you need it
A finding without special risks no longer shows an empty card. You get one add button, and the fields appear when you click it. When Kadero adds a risk itself, the block opens on its own.
Settings say what they control
Instellingen is split into three groups: Persoonlijk, Organisatie and Rapportage. Huisstijl is now design only — your voorwaarden and voettekst have moved to a new Rapportteksten page. Your contactgegevens and KVK/BTW live on Organisatie, and the toggle that gives members access to the design sits on Team, next to the roles it hands out. Members who cannot change Rapportage now see it read-only, with the name of the admin who can.
Each report type carries its own introduction
The introductie is no longer one text for the whole organisation. Every report type has its own, each version is kept, and a report type without one falls back to Kadero's standard text.
Alongside these: photos in a shared report keep loading when a resize fails, the not-inspected reasons are the same five everywhere on web and mobile, you can open the web editor while a capture on your phone is still running, and password fields have an eye toggle so you can check what you typed.
