Photograph and speak, your finding gets written out

Our biggest release so far, built around a completely renewed mobile inspection flow. This version ships as a new app build: update via the App Store or Google Play to get everything below.

A new way to capture

• Shoot first: open the camera and start photographing right away. The app recognizes which building element you captured and organizes your photos for you.
• Review & record: walk through your sections one by one, speak your observation, and watch the finding text appear on screen while you talk.
• Voice commands: adjust a finding hands-free, for example changing the condition score, while you keep working.
• Better speech recognition: a new Dutch speech engine that understands building terminology noticeably better.
• Photo editing: crop, rotate, and annotate photos with arrows, circles, and freehand drawing. Rough sketches snap to clean shapes.

Report editor

• Continuous scrolling: the editor now reads as one document from top to bottom, with a sidebar that follows where you are.
• Write it yourself: type an observation in your own words when you prefer that over the generated text.
• Standard texts: manage a personal library of reusable texts and house-style pages.
• More control: reorder sections, group photos per finding, and add cost line items straight from your cost administration.

NHG reports

• The floor picker now supports souterrain and numbered storeys, carried through to the Verzamelstaat and Keuringsresultaten.
• Action codes and follow-up research (nader onderzoek) render correctly throughout the report.

Reliability

• Working offline is sturdier: inspections, photos, and notes are stored safely on your device and sync automatically once you are back online.
• Faster finding generation, with clearer progress while your text is being written.
• Many fixes for Android devices: camera, gestures, and layout.
