A smoother start, and photos without text

This release brings a redesigned onboarding flow, expanded mobile capture capabilities, and significant improvements to the AI categorization pipeline.

What's new

• Onboarding redesign: the web onboarding wizard has been rebuilt with a cleaner step flow, improved wizard navigation (top-left Back, centered Continue), and a more focused first-value journey.
• pOz picker in mobile capture: inspectors can now record the preservation object (pOz) directly during capture, and pOz/naderOnderzoek are inferred automatically from voice and text notes.
• Photo-only submissions in Timeline: submitting a photo without a note now goes through vision-based categorization — no separate note needed for image-only observations.
• Instance detection: the -zijde location extraction and immediate in-capture review are now active, plus signal words (locatie, ter hoogte van, …) better trigger instance detection in the categorization prompt.
• Report-type behavior config: conditionScoringEnabled, adviceEnabled, and generalTextEnabled flags are now enforced throughout the report editor.
• Footer text variables: dynamic placeholder variables and two-line support for report footer text.

Bug fixes

• Mobile categorizing spinner now shows for text and voice notes, not just photos.
• Customer creation now works correctly when an address is entered.
• Fixed room-mode leafIntent contradiction and virtual-sub promotion (Nulmeting regression).
