Photo uploads that keep going in the background

This release focuses on the reliability of the mobile capture-to-report flow — delivered over-the-air to your existing app — alongside a set of web report-configuration fixes and new conveniences.

What's new

• Drag-and-drop photo upload (web): drop photos straight into the report editor.
• Optional inspection time: record a start time alongside the inspection date.
• Unified house-style texts: report boilerplate (intro, disclaimer, footer) now shares one variable model, with footer placeholder variables and two-line support.
• Help Center "On this page": the Help panel now pins the tours relevant to the screen you're on.
• pOz in mobile capture: record the preservation object during capture; pOz / nader onderzoek are inferred from your notes.

Reliability & fixes (mobile)

• Photos always finish uploading: the photo-upload pipeline now drains in the background and reconciles on relaunch — even if the app is force-closed mid-upload, your photos complete and the report processes.
• Smoother completion: removed false blockers that could leave an inspection stuck on "verwerken", with clearer stuck-reason reporting.
• Upload progress visible: the completion screen's upload progress no longer mounts invisible.
• Voice notes preserved across transcription timeouts; the categorizing spinner now shows for text and voice notes, not just photos.
• Steadier sign-in: a temporarily unreadable keychain no longer kicks you back to the login screen.

Fixes (web)

• Report-type configuration: safer category and subcategory rename and delete, report-type delete gating, and a batch of editor fixes.
• Customer creation now works correctly when an address is entered.
• Report behavior flags (condition scoring, advice, general text) are honored throughout the editor.
• Inspection navigation polish: open straight to the report, smoother prep ↔ report switching, and aligned property fields.
