# Kadero Documentation > Kadero is an inspection platform for Dutch building professionals (bouwkundig inspecteurs). On site, the mobile app captures an inspection by photo and voice — you photograph an element and describe what you see, and Kadero writes the finding, including a NEN 2767 condition score and a cost estimate. It works offline and syncs when back in range. The web editor turns the completed inspection into a finished report.
